In Creation Kit you have a chance to purchase wraith guard and keening, however the missing peace of the puzzle is keening, as wraith guard on the effects mentions buffs up both keening and sunder when worn together.

I know of the winter hold college thing, but the mer keening in this is nothing but of a replica of the original.

My question is this without downloading kragnec tools is there any way in the forseable future that will get a chance to get the actual keening like in morrowind with a back story, boss, and new location to see like getting sunder and wraith guard?

Abyone elshe experiencing the weird experience when playing special edition skyrim via steam, don't have tons of mods running only a few but having to play the whole game in sneak mode as every time attacked, even by rats, spiders anything I get hulled flying in the air million miles then unable to move its bizarre don't have any combat mods on... Baffled.
