can anyone help me, there was a quest with escort the survivor to safe place but its bug out as the survivor was MIA and I had to do other  quest. And other problem is I can't ride other vehichle except the M4 Sherman tank. So I had to abandon NCR Exiles quest which is I had to because I can't ride the buggy. Please, this thing is quite of annoyying as I like to clear my quest log.
