Low drawing distance problem for poster texture objects.

Hello.

I'm trying to maximize visual quality of the image in Fallout 3. I'have significally increased the draw distance for the landscape and other objects so now enviromment looks pretty fine in comparision with the regular ultra settings.

But I can't figure out what is the issue with that posters.

The posters at the walls are identical objects to the raider's graffiti as I have seen in the GECK and FO3Edit. But the graffiti does not fade as the posters at the video. I'm trying to find a solution. Will be apprciate for any help.

I'm working again to fix small but very noticeable and disturbing issues like blinking textures/polygons/water edges (and raiders' graffitti flickerking will be fixed soon finally), wrong and empty seams at the environment.

Here is a little comparision of the regular ultra settings and my tuned version.
