Recently I noticed my download speeds have been very slow, in the 50-150 kbps range. Below is data collected.

Note, I have tried various mods and they all have been getting slow speeds, I ran test of my internet speeds and its around 100Mbps and i can download fine from other sources like steam. I have tried every server but was to lazy to post all their speeds here but its the same results. Speeds are even worse through vortex, around 20Kbps. Any help is appreciated.

Well, for me the Forums, and the Modding websites have been going down, and/or offline for the past couple of days

It could be, because there's a MASSIVE 12 gig mod that just came out for Fallout New Vegas, and it seems quite popular, and it's probably sucking up a lot of bandwidth
