Any cyberpunk modders, will Vortex be your mod manager of choice?

A little elaboration, simply, I recently started installing mods for oblivion and realized that there were mods specifically designed around Oblivion Mod Manager, Wyre Bash, and some for Nexus Mod Manager and if you install mods without the proper manager the mod wouldn't install properly. Although I realize Cyberpunk modding is in its infancy at the moment, I just wanted to see if there were any current modders of cyberpunk who would be willing to share whether the mods they are designing would be compatible with vortex or some other manager that I haven't heard of yet or even if manual installation will be required. I know this question is impossible to answer at the moment, but when it isn't, this thread is here.

Your question isn't at all impossible to answer.

Oblivion mods were packaged long before Vortex or pretty much any mod manager was a thing.

The only managers at the time were Wryebash, and OBMM.

Other mods were packaged with the intent of Manual install.

Given that Mod Managers such as MO, MO2 and Vortex exist, and that they expect, and use the same packaging format, modders will of course package their mods to all be usable with Vortex, MO, and MO2.
