I just got premium and the downloads are super slow !

I got premium because I wanted my downloads to be faster with vortex and the best I have is 32kbs ???

Can someone please help me ? My downloads are never this slow, I tried other servers and everything is still the same ...

I appreciate it !

1. cancel any download(s) you started before you became a premium member
2. Log out of the Nexus
3. Log out of Vortex (If you use it)
4. Log back in to The Nexus and Vortex.
5. Go to your NEXUSMODS Profile, click SITE PREFERENCES
6. Click PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP PREFERENCES
7. In the PREFERRED DOWNLOAD LOCATION Dropdown menu, select a PREMIUM Server that's close to you, or the one that gives you the best speed.


Also try changing this setting to 10

Sorry to hear you are experiencing download issues.

Could you please run through all the steps outlined in our troubleshooting guide? We will need all the information so we can assess whether the issues you are experiencing are within our control. Once you have done that, I'd be happy to relay the information to our webteam for an assessment.

 

It would be particularly important to know if your connection speeds are bad across the board, or just when connecting to one or two of our servers.
