Crash On Startup

Game crashes a few seconds after startup. None of my .ini files have been changed, and I've tried disabling my .esps aswell. This has never happened before. Anyone have any ideas? (Load Order below).

Move Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch down so it is after Zeta.esm. Move DDD-Rifles.esp so that it is after Xepha's Dynamic Weather.esm. The Fallout 3 DLCs should be in this order Anchorage, ThePitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout and Zeta. This should help. Are you using FOSE? If this doesn't change your crashing, post your system specifications.

Changing the LO didn't seem to work, and yes I'm using FOSE.

Do you have the game installed outside of the Program Files and did you make the .ini change to limit your CPU to only 2 cores? That would be the FALLOUT.ini in the My Games folder.

I have the game installed into Program Files(via Steam), and I have made the Dual core fix. Still crashes. :(
