NoxStellans Posted January 19, 2021 Share Posted January 19, 2021 I'm trying to change a single NPC's outfit in the Toolset, but I've never done this before, and it's a struggle. The toolset crashes whenever I try to save my changes, and when I use an alternate tool, the GFF editor for Neverwinter Nights, it refuses to save my changes at all. theskymoves Posted January 19, 2021 Share Posted January 19, 2021 (edited) In the toolset, are you editing the strings of an exported UTC or using the visual character file editor to edit a database entry? Are you trying to equip the character with an item from a mod or a vanilla item? Don't use the GFF editor for UTC edits. Instead, use TlkEdit2. My largely incoherent and mostly useless tutorial on UTC edits is here, but I'm sure someone articulate and knowledgeable will be along with better information shortly.
