Crashing when I enter buildings

Everything was going so well with my testing too... I only have one problem, crashing when I enter buildings. It doesn't happen every time but it does most of the time. Furthermore, it doesn't happen when I leave the building so I am assuming NPCs might be the issue mainly due to it happening when NPCs are in the building.

NVAC reports this:
19200124 ; NiDX9SourceTextureData::CreateSurf> Failed CreateImageSurface - E_OUTOFMEMORY

19200130 ; NiDX9SourceTextureData::CreateSurf> Failed CreateImageSurface - E_OUTOFMEMORY
19200137 ; NiDX9SourceTextureData::CreateSurf> Failed CreateImageSurface - E_OUTOFMEMORY

19200146 h 00EC4624 89448FF8 FalloutNV.exe
19200146 h 00EC462C 89448FFC FalloutNV.exe

Any idea what it could be?

Thanks in advance!

It states right there in the report "E_OUTOFMEMORY". This can be caused by many things. Mainly, not enough RAM for what you are trying to do. Too many texture mods, not using the 4GB patch (the game will only use 2GB of RAM by default. Background programs accessing the RAM, trying to use too many plugins, etc.

Searched my NVAC log online and someone else had the same problem. Turns out it might be NMC texture pack. I'm gonna redownload and try again to see what happens. I'll report back when I do.

Update: I could be wrong but I think I figured it out. Take a look at Chet's shop here: Imgur: The magic of the Internet
This is the one time I could get in with no crashes and as you can see, some of the shop is in black... This has to be a texture problem, right? All I use is NMC medium texture pack combined with Poco Bueno. I have now redownloaded and reinstalled both from fresh but the problem still persists. That said, this mod list is extremely similar to one I used not too long ago and I had no issue like this...

Okay, I solved it 100%! If like me you follow the SinitarGaming guide over the years, you might notice he has updated it to recommend downloading this mod: "https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/69779" That mod caused this issue and as soon as I deleted it, no more crashes. And I tested this A LOT to make sure! My game works incredibly now. Hope this helps someone in the future.

It has been noted in the Forums that the Sinitar guide is absolutely worthless and causes no end of problems.

As you are using two texture packs, I highly recommend that you use the 4GB patch. You will have to read the instructions and follow them to the letter.

The GOG version is LAA anyway, I don't know what using the 4GB patch on it would do, probably nothing but it might be worth putting the original exe back and trying again.

This.

What I suggest is to NOT use the 4GB patch yet. Run the game with exe of gog version  like normal. Then open console and use the command

GetIsLAA

the console should print GetIsLAA >> 2 which show it work and you dont need to patch 4GB
If it prints >> 0, then the 4GB Patch was applied incorrectly.
If it prints an error message, then possibily JIP LN NVSE is installed incorrectly. I AM HAVING problem with jip, though not with the laa issue

What I suggest NOT do is the apply 4GB patch willy nilly to exe without testing that first. Patching wrongly would lead to buggy situations of my own~
