Matsukaze9090 Posted January 21, 2021 Share Posted January 21, 2021 (edited) So, for some reason, some npcs get raptured. By that I mean they literally vanish, sometimes right in front of my eyes. I have Stewie Tweaks, NVSE NX, NVTF, and the Heap Replacer on. EDIT: To clarify, the npcs that vanish are from everywhere except the base game, but including DLCs. And even then I'm not sure about the base game. Also, I tried teleporting to the vanished NPCs, ended up in a different cell than I previously was. Can't say what it was because the game froze before loading it. EDIT 2: Did some more testing, and managed to teleport to the NPCs. On the cell, a message appears about me dying if I approach a camp, and then I immediately die. This is extremely similar to a bug where I was teleported to this place without warning and killed immediately, so I assume they're the same. After I die, the game freezes. I'll try to test it further and take a screenshot of the message. EDIT 3: Some more testing, activated godmode to not die, game still freezes anyway. Managed to print the messages and console errors. According to console, the place I and the NPCs get teleported to is beyond the world boundaries, which is corroborated by visual evidence. dubiousintent Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 Simply because it is so new and has some stability problems reported, I would start by suspecting "The Frontier". Otherwise, the combination of TTW and Frontier is so new, I wouldn't expect anyone else to have a clue. So my suggestion would be to follow the guidance in the 'Mod Conflict Isolation' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article. If they don't know about or can't reproduce a problem then they can't fix it or it wouldn't be there in the first place.
