Mod that removes hair when hat is placed?

Hey there!

 

So I've been playing with a lady V that has Hairstyle 15 (shaved all around but long on top; covers left eye). The problem with this hairstyle is that when you put a hat on, it totally changes the hairstyle so that the hair that covers all of the previously shaved area. Could a mod be created that just removes hair when a hat is put on? Or does one exist? Or is there a glitch I could do maybe?
