Mod request: Sexier/muscular V diffuse/normal map texture replacer

I really hate the normal maps for both fem & male V. I'd love to see some muscular/sexy skyrim like skin textures & normal maps. I'd do it myself, I just can't for the life of me figure out the whole finding the files, unpack, repack and create mod process. Alternatively, I'd also be open to doing it myself if someone would be so kind on writing out a decent step by step tutorial..
