5. This guy w/ warpaint and outfit might make a cool, stealthy Redgaurd NPC (minus the golden shorts, haha)

-- Or just one thing of his outfit or the simple green warpaint itself.

6. Have the blue lady in the video be an Aedra/Daedra that has not been shown before.

6. (continued) She would have a quest she gives to the player and upon completion bestows this ring.

I would think it'd have enchantments to toggle detect living / undead / or quest objectives. Just a guess though.
