Help me edit interiors in Creation Kit.

Hi there! To give a little background I have very little experience in creation kit. The mods I'm using are The People of Skyrim 2 (Open cities edition), Open Cities, and Distinct Interiors.

The problem is The People of Skyrim 2 alters lighting and objects for a lot of the interiors. My goal is to remove the alterations TPOS2 makes and replace them with the interiors from Distinct Interiors.

If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!

In the creation kit under File - Data select Skyrim, Update and the DSLs and The People of Skyrim. Make the people of Skyrim the active file. In the cell view window by scrolling down the list of interiors you can see by the * symbol if People of Skyrim had made any edits to that cell. With the cell selected you can see on the right side of the cell view window the specific edits to that cell by looking for an *. Just select that starred item and delete it. When done editing save and those changes made by People of skyrim will be gone.

In game if both mods are loaded the only edits to the cell will be those made by Distinct Interiors now.

Another way is using TES5Edit. In TES5Edit select only People of Skyrim. On the right hand side you will get a list of everything added, deleted or edited by that mod. Just select any edits you don't want and delete them. It's based on a tree structure so you can for example select a cell and by deleting it delete ALL the edits to that cell at once (it doesn't remove vanilla cells only the changes made by the mod) or you can open up the tree structure and delete just some of the edits to that cell.
