Hy! Is there any "walkthrough" helper for Lucifer? I just dont know how or where to find out more about him.

Any hint about how to start the first quest? I've had Lucifer following me around for a while, and have asked him all his available questions, etc

I'm on sort of a post-game playthrough, all major quest lines finished with the exception of Dragonborn DLC -- if that matters

I know it must've been a huge amount of work, but imo it's so worth it! Lucifer makes the game feel so much more alive, especially all of the CC quests.
Not feeling like I'm the only one aware of what's happening adds so much. All of the follower interactions are also really nice bring back a bit of that Bioware feel.

I don't recall, but I've chosen every dialogue option that has come up.

It doesn't appear that "Where are you from?" is one of the questions I can ask him currently

Yep!

Right now I've taken Lucifer to Solstheim. I love what's going on there, really clever -- eager to see how that might play out

But yeah, obviously now my dialogue options are very different. I'll take a quick trip to Skyrim to see if the "Where are you from" question has come back
