Suggestions regarding mod load order

This post isn't regarding any issues specifically. I've been modding my Fallout NV for about a year now and I've gathered quite the collection of mods.

My game runs fairly well, lag isn't really an issue except when first loading NPC heavy areas such as The Fort.

 

My question is regarding my mod list, which I will attach to thus post.

I'm wondering if any experienced modders can look through my mod list and give any recommendations;

i.e. if you see a mod that should be in a different location or if I should group certain mods together.

I use BOSS often but it does not recognize all mods.

 

On another note, BOSS recommends that FlashlightNVSE.esp goes higher in my load order along with populatedcasino.esp,

I moved these further down to prevent conflicts that occured. Other than these two exceptions I have left the order BOSS creates.

I also am aware that merging esp files together helps significantly in reducing the amount of mods (I know that having a large amount begins creating conflicts).

I have, however, had much difficulty in learning the process and find I don't really have the time to learn it;

If anyone has a link to a somple tutorial or can explain it to me I would be very grateful.

 

As I have mentioned this isn't urgent but I would really appreciate any help provided.
