Mystkldrgn Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 I know there are mods that allow for people to type in item ID's etc. to spawn specific items into the game for them to use. But will any of these mods allow me to REMOVE something from the game? My issue is I have a random bug that causes my character to 'noclip' fall through the game world that occurs sometimes when I press certain keys (both shift keys, numpad6, numpad4, space bar for me right now). Anyway - what happens is I start falling through the entire gameworld and through several 'reload screen' cycles and sometimes it pops me back out where I started, sometimes it pops me into V's Apartment, and sometimes it just recycles forever until I reload last save. In any case, this happened randomly while driving two cars. Neither of these cars "belong" to V, they aren't in the garage so to speak. Just random stranger cars I grabbed and was using at the time. Each time when I dropped out of the world in the car, it respawned me in the middle of V's Apartment *STILL IN* the vehicle. Both times. The 2nd time the first car was STILL there and so my 2nd car just sat on top of the first car (yes, middle of living room). Hoping and praying they would despawn at some point - I left V's apartment and tried not to manual-save until I was done for the night, and didn't go back to the apartment for several play sessions. When I finally did go back - the first car was gone. But the 2nd car is STILL THERE! Suspended in the air as if the first car was still there for it to sit on. If I Fast Travel to the apartment I appear in the middle of the car (but not 'sitting' in it, I can't activate anything) and sometimes that sticks me because I can't get out of the car - sometimes I can crouch-walk out. I can open the hood as its the part closest to the ground, but I can't 'enter' the car and I can't get to the trunk. We're now multiple days, mulitple saves, multiple hours played - second car is still there - suspended in the middle of V's living room. Does ANYONE know how the hell I can despawn or get rid of this car? Or am I basically now stuck the entirety of my game with a car floating in V's living room? (Not even a nice looking car, but a dumpy junker lol). I'm at work so I don't have screenies but if people really want to see (for the humor value lol I guess) I can post those when I get home tonight. (P.S. I also fell through the world on a motorcycle into the apartment once - but using the simple tweaks mod by that point I made sure to stay on the motorcycle and then ported myself back out - which worked to take the motorcycle with me. Unfortunately I can't get 'back' into the car to do this with the car. But at least I have a 'fix' for whenever it happens again and wont' end up with V's apartment turned into a junk car lot!) PradaLoci Posted February 9, 2021 Share Posted February 9, 2021 Might be worth asking the CET guy if his console will do it, or reading up on the CET wiki it might actually say how to remove an object but I couldn't see it immediatly jump out at me (am lazy lol) The CET guy seems to be okay with people asking questions on github issues.
