First person wierd animation bug

Hello,

I have this problem now a couple of days were my first person view with bows bugs like crazy. Sometimes it bugs harder than normal and than it seems like there´s no border within the first person view, so i can twist the body of my character like crazy(this seems also to happen while fighting dragons)

 

Here´s an example of what i mean:

Here you can see the weird distortion of the arm.

 

I also made a new save and looked if its still there, but with a new character everything looks fine. First person with swords etc also look fine.
Changing the FOV didn´t do anything.
