Installation Issue and possible fix.

So recently I've run into a vortex problem, when I install a mod it will be stuck during installation and I'm forced to force quit and reintstall vortex. It's happened twice and I've stopped downloading mods due to it, though I may have found the issue. when vortex updated it changed the folders for mods and downloads, could this be causing the problem, should I even bother modding anymore at all? That's why I made this post.

Try turning off your AntiVirus program when installing Vortex, that's the problem a good 85-90% of the time
