heres what has happened in the past

Oblivion – started in 2002 after Morrowind, came out in 2006

Fallout 3 – started in 2006 after Oblivion, came out in 2008

New Vegas – started maybe 2008? came out in 2010

Skyrim – started in 2008 after Fallout 3, came out in 2011

They always start the next game after they release one, and on January 2013, Fallout 3 voice actor Erik Dellums said that his character Three Dog, would be returning

So Fallout 4 has been in production since 2012 since skyrim came out in November, if it takes 3 years to make it like Skyrim did, then it will be out in 2015

THAT MEANS that Elder Scrolls 6 will probably start production in 2015 or so and be out in 2018 but of course these are just my thoughts

On a side note it will most likely be VALENWOOD as the next area:

- They had 2 human areas in a row so its time to have another elf land

- Summerset Isles doesnt have any non-elf residents living there

- It is one of most different areas from Skyrim as its a lush jungle

- Its in southern Tamriel

- The beast races are not popular enough with gamers to have their own game

- High Rock is too similar to Skyrim

But Hammerfell is a strong contender as well since they are still fighting the Thalmor.

Skyrim started production in 2006.

The concept was thought of in 2006 as in preproduction/idea gathering/concept art, not the actual work.

"Skyrim was conceptualized shortly after the release of Oblivion in 2006.[23] Work on Skyrim did not begin until Fallout 3's release in 2008; developers considered the game to be a spiritual successor to both Fallout 3 and previous The Elder Scrolls games.[24] The game was developed by a team of roughly 100 people composed of new talent as well as of the series's veterans.[23] The production was supervised by Todd Howard, who was the director of many titles released by Bethesda Softworks." -Wiki

What? Valenwood? Are you kidding?

We are going to go to Elsweyr. Haven't you heard? The Mane died and the Thalmor have taken over.

I believe in the next Elder Scrolls, you have to pick or may be the next Mane. That's my theory.

Valenwood would be a massive game so therefore would take longer to make. What with the moving trees and all.

And let's not forget there's trouble between the Argonians and the Dark Elves. We may actually be going to Blackmarsh.

But let's not count out the Summerset Isles. Don't ask, but I have a very big feeling it's either going to be a DLC or a full blown game.

The Emperor was in every ES game from 1 to 4, and then Skyrim ruined that trend. It's probably a safe bet that Fallout 4 will come out here in the next year or two, but I have my doubts about ES6. Especially since Zenimax is putting all their eggs in the ESO basket. In particular, if ESO makes them more money, you can probably count on ES6 not coming out (or at least being delayed another year or two).

New vegas was not made by bethesda, they were the publishers but they didn´t made the game. As fort he next game I would love to see valenwood or blackmarsh, I´m hoping for a skyrim DLC in hamerfell since the next one is called redguard. They are still working on skyrim DLC and most likely fallout 4, they also bought stalker franchise so I wouldn´t be surprised to see a stalker game from bethesda and then comes elder scrolls VI.

I read that the New much anticipated DLC is going to be Redguard and that Bethesda said they will make allot more DLC's for TES6 Summerset, so we might see the Next Elderscroll Game in 2 Years.

They say they are not done woth the TES Series and wont just drop us off with Skyrim, they want to Release DLC's to get ready for TES6 witch indicates Summerset Isle
