Deactivation collision on actor via Papyrus?

Is there a way to switch of collision of an actor like the console command TCL does in Papyrus?

You can exploit a bug with translateTo() that causes actors to loss there collision box. They will still collide with the ground though. You can also turn collisions off globally with debug.ToggleCollisions()

Can you give me a complete example script using the translateTo()   function ????     just using it itself does not work
