Hi! I've never posted on here so I hope I'm doing this right and in the right place, but pretty much anything I've tried to download today has been significantly slow. I've been trying to download a 1.5GB file for hours but it's downloading at 40KB/s at best. Below is the required report with my results.

ISP: IINET

 

Average Download Speed: 6.25MB/s

Test download speeds:  

Amsterdam: 4MB/s

Prague: 4MB/s

Los Angeles: 35 KB/s

Chicago: 1MB/s

Miami: 26 KB/s

Thanks for providing the test data. Based on other similar reports there seems to be a problem with the connection between our USA servers and the Australian userbase. We have reported this to our CDN providers to see if there's anything they can do about it it. 

 

In the meantime you may want to see if using a VPN increases your download speeds.
