LE Prosthetics of Skyrim (request/help)

So, I have been wanting to have a prosthetic mod in Skyrim for my MALE characters, yes? But everywhere I look, there's only a single prosthetic mod for female characters. I know EXACTLY what needs to be done, but I sadly cannot do it. If someone could either:

A) Help me get my modeling programs required for modding working

or

B) make the models/textures for me

That would be great. I seriously want this mod to see fruition, so it would be great if anyone could help me! The mod would even be lore friendly!

 

And yes. If I can't do the modeling, and someone else can, I can provide A LOT of concepts for it, via art skills that I possess.

I really wish I had the skills to produce this stuff, if i ever do learn the skills needed this will be my first priority.
