Strange lag when after mods

Hi. I'm having strange lag after adding mods into the game (never used mods before)

 

My game lags a lot when switching to new are like entering a house or leaving a house into the open world. I can get 30 sec lag spike and after that the game would be fine with zero lag, or sometimes my game can freeze completly. ALT + CTRL + DEL sometimes fixes it both, but it takes about a minute to actually get the console up after a freeze or lagspike, which is a pain in the ass...

 

When I load a game it works perfectly, be it in the world map or inside a house. The lag just begins after I switch zone or enter a house.
