I just want to change the model of the (dreadful) headdress of Illana from the Chateu Haine vaults. Maybe give it the appearance of the hood from the Regalia of Weisshaupt (mage). 
I have some experience in modding DA:O, but I require some starting help to be able to mod DA2. Can someone please give me some pointers? I know there was a tutorial on the social.bioware site a long time ago, but I cannot find it now. 

Or, if someone knows if this has been done by someone else, I would appreciate a link to it.  :-) I cannot imagine what made the bioware designers create such an ugly model for a helmet...

I changed the chantry helms to noble type b (hoo_nobb), looks fine enough. :-)
