PC crashing with Minecraft shaders

I bought this PC almost 2 years ago, and a week ago my pc started hook and stop for about 1 second.
I'm actually playing Minecraft Vanilla with kuda shader in 1.16.5 version so what's wrong with my computer
 
CPU: i5-6600K 3,5GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: 2x8GB Fury Hyperx DDR4
Motherboard: MSI Z270 TOMAHAWK

Those shaders are for 'low perforamce' machines??? You really shouldn't need them. Yours is fairly stout.

Sometimes shaders in Minecraft crash because they are outdated. If Minecraft tries to to update it will crash, make sure its compliant with the version you are using.

Have you installed optifine yourself, if not, it's easy to install new shaders
