Falkreath Causing Crashes

Every time I get within about eye distance of Falkreath my game just crashes, it doesn't matter if by carriage or foot it just crashes. I am playing a highly modded version of Skyrim so this is expected but I cannot find the cause for the life of me, be it running TES5V Editor or updating my wyre bash/dynDOLOD , using a save cleaner, updating my mod load order using LOOT, or checking the crash files I just cant figure out why the hell its crashing when it doesn't do this anywhere else I got so desperate I even added a Falkreath overhaul to see if it would fix it (it didn't). The SKSE crash plugin crash log is:

I had similar issues with location near Orphan Rock. What helped me was this mod:

It's quite simple tool to clear meshes and textures. You need only do as instruction says and pay attention to size of cleared textures - if it is 0KB the tool didn't reaper texture so don't swap them. It's time consuming process and I can't guarantee that it will help with your issue, but I hope you find an answer. ^ ^
