new SSD for my OS and base things like steam but have old HDD that still has my games and mods downloaded but vortex will not recognize .ESP files

I recently got a new SSD for my computer and I'm trying to get vortex to recognize my old drive instead of the one its installed on do I have to delete or move my .ESP mods to the same drive for them to work or is there a way to fix this I've been trying to figure this out for hours on end and google and every forum whether it be reddit here or anywhere there's no help anywhere for this problem please I need help I'll be willing to give you any info you need

SEVERAL

The very first thing you need to do BEFORE you install the new drive is to PURGE all of your mods on the old drive. Very Important

All of the VORTEX info is stored in C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Vortex\ -OR- C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Blacktree Gaming\Vortex\

 

It would be helpful for you to give all the 'info we need' at the start.

It sounds like you want to transfer your setup from the C;\ Drive (Hard Drive) to the new C:\ drive (SSD drive)
