Low FPS in Exterior Skyrim SE

Hi guys, I have this common issue.

I have a quite big difference in performance among exterior and interior.
In interior and city in general, I can manage among 50-57 fps. It's ok for me with all 2K textures.
In exterior my gameplay fluctuate among 30 and max 40-42 fps (but very rare).

 

Some well-to-know details for these issues:

 

- Video card GTX 960m with 4GB Vram

 

- No ENB (I'd like to have one, but not with this exterior performance)

 

- Only 2K textures mods

 

- Performance friendly grass mod (Northen Grass with Cathedral Landscapes and Northen Landscapes patch to match them), with FPS Grass Boost and grassdensity in my ini settings set to 80. I also use Majestic Mountain, Cathedral Weather, 3D Landscapes, Tamrielic Landscapes, Enhanced Vanilla Trees.

 

- Improved settings with Bethini, Shadow Resolution scaled to 2048 and I tried also 1024 whitout any change.

 

I saw online some videos and some other posts of people with more or less my same setting, same VCard and same kind of mods have stable 40 fps outside WITH ENB!!!

Any suggestions?
