Rebalanced GWoF Armor and Weapons

I'm sure this has been requested countless times so forgive me, posting this here in the hopes that someone is already working on or is willing to make a version of GWoF that includes tier progression of armor/weapons and maybe rebalancing the effects so they're not quite as powerful.

I have a personal re-balance of GWoF that I can probably upload... It's combined with a similar reworking of the Theodosian Grey Wardens mod, though, so I need to go through the files and remove those, since Makara's permissions don't appear to allow for releasing tweaks.

If your primary interest is in having the GWoF gear tier, it already does that in the original mod, so I didn't touch the materials or material progression. My files change the item stats to more closely mirror base-game, vanilla items, and restrict the gear to Warden characters only. (I also removed the annoying 'jingle' sound from the 'Scout' and 'Arcane' sets.)

First off why're you so nice offering to do these things? Always see you answering people's questions even with how old the game is. Secondly about your mod, when you say it's combined with the Thedosian Wardens mod do you mean you can choose between the Legacy armors and Thedosian armors or is it just the Thedosian armors?

Why do I help out? Hmmm... my first cRPG was Morrowind, when most people had already moved on to playing Oblivion. Some very kind, experienced modders were incredibly helpful and very patient with my many questions and issues, and eventually I learned how to mod the game, both as a end user and creating my own mods. The same thing happened when I started playing DAO... most players had moved on to DA2, but some old skool modders were still around and willing to share their wisdom. I really enjoyed playing/modding DAO, for years, and I think I can still be of some use in the modding community, especially since the game is getting kind of long in the tooth... and as weird as it sounds, I actually enjoy poking around in the game assets and seeing how I can 'make them dance'. (I'm an odd one, yes I am.)

And what I did for myself as to rebalance/tweak both the Warden armor mods (GWoF/Legacy and Theodosian/Inquisition) and combine them into one big ol' unified Warden armor archive, for my own use. But it shouldn't be too hard to separate the files, since it's just a couple of dozen items. It will take me longer to write the documentation... I admit to doing a pretty shoddy job of that when I'm modding just for myself, so I'll have to write it up from scratch.
