Why are you using Mission Mojave and YUP? You only need to use YUP. MM is outdated.

EVE conflicts with WMIM and YUP - use EXE

Did you apply the 4GB patcher?

ILO has a few issues - Simple ILO is recommended.

Your issue could be an archive invalidation error - did you run that in Vortex?

First of all thanks for the help! :D I thought that it would be better if I would use 2 Bug fix mods so they could fix things the other did not fix.

Second of all I fixed it thanks for calling that out im now using EXE

Yes I did apply the 4GB patcher.

Also corrected now using ILO

Yes I did use the Vortex Archive Invalidation that comes with it.

but the problem is still there...

You either have an incorrectly installed mod (e.g. files are not placed in the correct folders), or you failed to install a required component file. Please see the 'Solutions to Mesh (Red "!" icon) or Texture (solid color) problems' section of the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article.

If you still need help, We REALLY need to see a sorted "load order" (such as produced by "LOOT"); to include the main game and DLC files. (Screenshots don't work so well for the purpose.) With modded games its the sequence, not merely the list of mods, which is the cause of many problems. LOOT's sort gives a good first approximation, correcting the most obvious issues and is sufficient for most players. You can make minor adjustments to the order and tell LOOT how to remember them. It's in the on-line documentation under "Metadata". Instructions on how to copy it's list for posting are in the "How to ask for help" article, and "Checklist Item #11' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

Unfortunately it often doesn't work like that. Some bug-fixing mods do more than just fix bugs and some will 'undo' the changes the other made. Even if you can't tell from reading the mod description if two mods will conflict, a quick Google around will usually provide you with an answer.

For each mod you use, in addition to reading the mod description page, I recommend reading at least the first page of comments on the 'Posts' tab as you'll often find valuable information about the mod posted there, either by other users or by the mod author (some will post a 'stickied' comment). If you look at the Posts tab for MM, you'll see what I mean.

Let us know how you go with Dubious' suggested solutions.
