Skyrim SE Mor Khazgur Stronghold bugs

Hello everyone! The entire outpost of Mor Khazgur just seems to be bugged for me. I've tried talking to Borgakh and paying her dowry or intimidating/persuading her to come with me but the dialogue box just closes after i've successfully intimidated/persuaded her (or paid her dowry) and nothing happens. Coin won't be removed from my inventory and when I talk to her again, the same dialogue options are available without any changes.

 

Also, I can't seem to brawl with Chief Larak. Every time I try to do so, he just takes 100 gold coins from me and sits on his chair like nothing happened. I've tried fast traveling outside and back in, going indoors and outdoors, waiting until 7pm so he goes inside and then try to initiate the brawl - no dice. Nothing, ever, happens when trying to brawl him. I installed the Modern Brawl Bug Fix just to fix this problem but it yielded no results.
