Script to trigger RadioQuestScene based on a real world time

Hi, I just started fiddling with CK tool a few days ago, and I was wondering if I could get some help with an idea I had for a radio mod I've been working on.


I wanted to make a certain track to play based on real-world time. Trouble is, I have no idea how to set up a script to make the game keep track of real-world time. I know it can be done because there are many mods that display real-world time in the game, and I've tried to see how other modders achieved this but was blocked by various protective measures implemented by the respective modders (crashing CK tool, causing an error when script source is prompted to be opened, etc.).


Since I don't have anything to look at as a reference and have no idea even what letters I'm supposed to begin with in order to compile my own script, I really need to ask for someone to help me with this one. Please and thank you.
