ENB Injector doesn't work

So I had to use the injector version of enbseries because my game doesn't work without this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17209/?

(it adds a d3d9.dll file, and using the one from the wrapper version crashes the game)

 

I put the files from the injector version into the game folder, start the injector, launch the game and nothing happens, not even the white text at the top left. Its like i didnt even install it.

 

heres what is in my enbinjector.ini file:

does anyone know how to solve this problem?
