momafcrs Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 (edited) I was trying out New Vegas Stutter Remover and wanted to check if there are any changes on the fps, but it seems the framerate is capped at 30 fps, even after removing NVSR. What could be the cause of this? As far as I know I'm not using any other mods that have the ability to cap fps. Edit: Apparently it's only for exteriors. Interiors are locked at 60 fps, but I guess that's because of Vsync. Edit 2: It seems that Razer Game Booster was the cause of this...
