Help to modify XCOM EW larger pod mod

Hello! can someone please modify this mod for me. The only thing i want changed in the mod is how many "Leader Types" can have. For example: In a mechtoid pod their will be 2 mechtoids but in vanilla only 1 mechtoid, another example like 2 cyberdisks, 2 berserkers or 2 sectopods i'm not playing long war dangit :( So yeah i basically only want to decrease the leaders in a pod so there will be 1 sectopod etc. i mean i think i can handle 5 elite mutons or heavy floaters but 2 sectopods, i suck badly at that.

(BTW i have XCOM 2 WOTC and larger pods mod and in the mod there are only 1 leader each like 1 andromedon, 1 officer etc which is fair)

There are virtually zero mod creators working on XCom/EW these days. (There are barely any questions from players posted each month.) They all moved on to XCom2 years ago. If you want a mod for THIS game you will need to learn how to do it yourself. The starting point is the XCom wiki. But I caution you that this game was never designed to be modded. It has to be "hacked" in hex code. Tools like "UPKUtils/PatcherGUI" and the older "XCOM ToolBoks" were developed by modders as an easier way to implement such "hacks".
