Call me stupid, but...help?

Call me stupid, but I'm pretty new to the world of modding and I'm trying my best to figure things out as I go along.

After managing to successfully download and activate pretty much all of the mods I would like for the game (I tried my best to keep things as lean as possible and avoided downloading any conflicting mods) I launched it and it seems that now everything is black/greyed. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

I've uninstalled the game to try and rectify the issue, as well as deactivating all of the mods and reactivating them again to see if that would fix things. No dice though...wondering if someone with a bit of modding know-how could shed some light on the issue!

Thanks for reading.

delete the saved game files, they retain bad code so it will never go away.

OR download someone's saved game file and test the games Environment with some one else's code.

second, load order is at fault, the Order of install can break the game by overwrites too. Incorrect overwrites verses load order.

I have seen this many many time my self.

On many PC's and laptops.

It's not any 1 thing, it's a combination of actions your taking.

Advise you reinstall the game and do nothing until you leave the Vault.

what ever Loot say's is the correct load order, keep a copy of the plugin.txt file for references and install the mods in that order, you will succeed with something better.
