I'm trying to install vortex but i keep getting an error.

 

Can't find the uninstall. Which was in a hard drive i had to remove.

So you're trying to install Vortex, because you removed the hard drive that Vortex was originally installed on?

If so, then you need to stat with a clean slate and delete your C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Vortex or C:\users\YOUR NAME\appdata\roaming\Black Tree Ltd\Vortex folder, because that's w2here the info is stored that Vortex keeps looking for Uninstall.exe
