Can someone use the existing Terminator model and replace the droids with it?

I was in the process of learning to do it myself but as always I run into a dead end. I have Origins and Frosty Editor gives me an error when trying to open it. I just want to swap models and that's it. I'm sure its not that simple right? I would also need Blender and some other application to make that possible I assume. If this is an easy task I would greatly appreciate a battlefield full of terminators. I'd like to see as many droids possible replaced with the T-800 mesh. Claim it as your own idea if you want.
