Perhaps there is a link to brand, manufacturer, or model if there seems to be a possible but tenuous connection to hardware. That the problem occurred on an older version of the video driver may also be significant. For process of elimination, do you know which version that was? Might as well provide your motherboard brand as well. beansmcallen Posted April 12, 2021 Author Share Posted April 12, 2021 My GPU is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. My Motherboard is an ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. TUF GAMING B460M-PLUS (WI-FI) I am unsure of the version my video card was using; however, it would have had to have been from before Dec. 11 2020, the date I got my PC.
