How can I export enabled/installed mods to a text file in their load order?

Vortex normally generates a load list accessible at /(username)/Documents/My Games/(name of the game)/ during the deployment process.

or I should say it does so for Skyrim Special Edition anyway. I would presume that it does the same for any game. (presuming you use the default installation locations)

I don't see anything in there, but I did look in here:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrim\profiles\Q7ZDX5iVR

loadorder.txt there seems to match the list in plugins when I sort by load order, so maybe this answers the question

Whoops!!! sorry about that. I accidentally posted where you find the ini files. My bad. Yes, you got the location correct.

Remember though that that only reports plugins, not installed mods. (not all mods include plugins)

for instance, I have 363 mods installed, (I just counted them), but I only have ~304 user installed plugins represented in my game (about 1/3 are "light"). And some of those mods have multiple plugins, so it's not as if only 59 mods (363-304) have no plugins, the number is greater.

Is there a file with the mod load order (NOT the plugins), too? Or where does Vortex save its rules for conflicting mods?

Load order is determined by the order the mods appear in the plugins.txt file in C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Fallout4. Load order is descending. Loose files will override everything else. (and I don't think any plugin is required for those......)

What would be nice, is Vortex having the capability to export your installed mod list, (regardless of if there is an esp/esl/esm file associated) with pure texture mods (basically, mods that don't require an esp, etc) shown last. So far as I know, Vortex doesn't do that trick, yet. :D
