LE Spells through staves

Hey, first thread ever anywhere so please be kind.

I don't know bout anyone else but I'm tired of casting spells using my hands, yes there are staves but I am well aware that each staff have its own fixed spell to cast not to mention using annoying soul gems.

So, here's how I think it ought to be :
1. There are 2 kinds of staves, one handed and two handed. One handed staves cast faster but lack magical power. Two handed staves are the opposite, they cast slower but way more powerful. Both are able to melee.

 

2. There is no need for soul gem refills, it uses magicka as fuel (would be a nice touch to see the spell effect going through the staff.

 

3. If possible, staves are craftable and are easily customized. Example, every staff will be a plain old stick with an empty spot on the top end (sockets, if you will) to put crafted gems or shards onto and will further empower your staff.

4. Staves are sheathed onto the back or used as walking sticks (it would look awkward, at the same time cool as s#*!)

5. Staves have the same killmoves as one handed or two handed weapons respectively.

6. Hostile NPCs can equip these weapons for better immersion.

7. Finally, it must be lore-friendly for you know.... immersion and stuff.

So there you have it, I have the idea but not the skills are learning how to make weapons mod just to make one mod seems kinda silly for me.
