Mods downloads onto Vortex, but won't install into SSE

So I'm new with Vortex and mods on PC, so I've been watching videos to learn more about everything and been following the steps on how to download mods. One issue I keep having that seems like no one else has had is the mod's installation into SSE cancelling and not installing at all. I've tried numerous of mods and not a single one of them is installing into the game. The only thing that was able to install was the SKSE64.

 

This is what pops up after the installation cancelled: spawn C:Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\node_modules\formod-installer\dist\ModInstallerIPC.exe ENOENT

 

If I could get some advice of any sorts, that would be greatly appreciated
