need help with making a custom model work properly in fallout 4

so I am making a kind of patch for Nero's CROSS IEX suit and the lupine/vulpine race mod and I have got most of it done I just need to get a few bugs worked out (I am very new to modding in fo4 or any game for the matter) and atm I don't know how to get my model to be attached to the characters face. so I was wondering if the community could help me.
