IN any case, severe breast issues can (ime) usually be traced to either the skeleton or a bad install of the body, CBPC, or HDT-SMP. Occasionally I've read a post that indicates a contention with some other mod someone has installed, but generally, it comes down to the four I noted, and afaik, usually the first (skeleton).
