There's something fishy in Whiterun...

G'day to all,
Recently throughout my wacky escapades in the land of Skyrim I've noticed some very odd behaviour within the general guard community...
And as much as I'd appreciate some help regarding the matter, I'd also like to share with you some light-hearted humour on the very same subject.
Now I must forewarn you that this post may be rather image heavy and people with lower bandwidth restrictions may wish to avoid the images.
"An average day in Whiterun I see, sir."
"It appears as if the guards have invented some sort of stacking game. How humorous, sir."
"Oh my, this could prove to be rather troublesome..."
"W- What is this tomfoolery unfolding before my very eyes?!"
"Nooo! Curses! Foiled again!"
As you may have guessed from the images and 99.9% accurate narration of said images, I'm experiencing issues with guards.
Namely, they appear to be leaving behind their clothes after being relieved from their duties whilst I am not immediately present. Understandably, the Jarl is rather upset.
Could anyone assist me with this matter in re-training my Whiterun guards to behave themselves? I'm willing to supply any and all information of necessary.
Sincerely,
Concerned Guard Captain, Short Range

Start by listing the mods you use so we don't have to dig up our crystal balls....

In fact, post your BOSS log (with the messages), then we can (potentially) shoot several birds with one stone.

I remember this....some joke mod, can't remember what it's called.

Thank you very much. I'm not expecting an instant and complete fix, in fact I'm making a killing off of these just by smelting them down.

I've never posted a BOSS log but I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's the file called "BOSSlog.html". I'll attach it to this post.

It's really better if you copy/paste the logs and enclose them in spoiler tags, so people don't have to download anything and it makes it much easier to quote your log.

Upgraded Weapons and Armors.esp

This one is the mod causing the guards to drop their gears. You can uninstall it or check the mod page and see if the author has fixed the issue and updated the mod. Not sure if it address the other issues you are experiencing though.

Some general tips for good load order maintenance:

- clean the plugins in your load order that has been flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits'. including the official patch and DLC plugins. You'll need to remove identical to master entries as well as undelete/disable deleted references.

- attend to the error messages in the BOSS log. Delete the plugins that you do not use, especially the optional cloak plugins. They don't get loaded since they are inactive but they do get scanned, and there is no reason to clutter your load order and extend your game loading time by even a millisecond.

None of this has anything to do with the issues you are reported experiencing but they are essential to optimizing and maintaining a stable load order.

Aie, I have been meaning to clean those dirty edits. It is a fresher install but I admit I've been putting it off for some time now.

And I had no idea files that weren't active still added to the load time. That's a handy tip, thank you.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you pin-point the original error so quickly? Past experience with the mod, or...? But thank you very much, regardless!

Ah, so you've probably seen similar errors before. Other than that, the mod itself is really quite good.

I've just disabled it via MCM and performed a clean save, so that should be taken care of now. Thank you very much, ripple and hylskrik.

I am psychic.

Actually, like I said before, I remember seeing reports of this problem, I just couldn't recall the name of the mod until I saw your BOSS log. This issue was very specific, 'guard gears mysteriously dropping.'
