Why Is the Blade And Sorcery Playable guitar mod hidden for some reason?

After I found out a mod that I finally found after a couple of days by looking on the website,

I clicked the link,

very excited to actually find the mod Itself because I've been wanting the mod In a long time,

And then that hidden message screen just popped up as soon as I clicked It.

Is the reason because Its outdated and they are trying to fix It, Or just discontinued It? Or any other particular reason that Its hidden?

If the game is still in Early Access, then the mod author probably got tired having to update to the new version if it kept breaking the mod, so took it down, and is waiting for an official release.
