Need help running Vortex on Mac Catalina

I'm currently running Skyrim LE through a Steam install done through Porting Kit on Mac Catalina (don't have the specifics of the machine handy as I'm currently at work, if anyone would need that, I'll post it later). Steam and Skyrim LE work wonderfully, no problems what so ever. As far as modding goes, currently it's all been manual installs, placing the appropriate files into the appropriate folders by hand (or mouse drag as the case may be).

 

I'd like to get Vortex running but have had some difficulty using both Porting Kit (install hangs and stays hung which I've had to manually close after about three hours) and trying to make it work through Wineskin and using Winetricks. For point of reference, I'm not using the terminal, but a GUI of wineskin.

 

If anyone has any advice for getting it to work or if they have gotten Vortex to work using either Porting Kit or through winetricks, it would be much appreciated.
