My favourite character would be Sgt. Wallcroft from the Call of Duty Modern Warfare franchise.

 My choice  Arthas from WarCraft 3 as a character, his start as a young paladin and his passion for his people and to be one day named king, corrupted because of that very passion to protect his people, is a great story and one i find very interesting. A good man, gone bad not for a search for more power but a search to protect his people from a powerful threat.

Probably Master Chief. I like the look of the character himself and it reminds me of Star Wars. That's why my favorite Halloween costume is the Master Chief.
