SSE BASE CONSTRUCTION MOD

Good afternoon as I have been away from the Skyrim mods, I do not know about the subject and I would like to know if there are any mods that create a base But in another cell as in Dawn Castle, thanks in advance.

Have you checked Nexus under 'Player Homes' or 'Buildings' for something buildable? There are several. For some you can build an entire town. Mods I know of where you oversee more Hearthfire style building include 'Silverstead' in the Reach and 'Blackthorn' in The Rift (same location as Hjertesten, so you can't have both). Both of these are rather large settlements you can build. There are smaller individual estate homes you can build, but I can't remember all their names.

 

'Wind's Rest Estate' requires that you are a Thane of Whiterun before yo can buy the property for 5,000 Gold. It is a ruin that you rebuild. It is much smaller than something like Silverstead or Blackthorn -- which caught my eye. And it is located in the northwest end of Whiterun Hold away from the city (also a plus for me). This mod has some bugs, so proceed with caution if you decide to use it. You may need to research how get ownership for it using console commands. I chose not to use it because it conflicts with the Campsites mod I use.

 

As an alternative, I recently added 'Hjertesten' to my load order. Located in The Rift, most of its structures are already built but empty. It can be bought for 50,000 gold that is obtainable through a very easy quest. Then it is the player's job is to recruit people to live and work there. So far it fits my needs better than mods that require lot of structure building.
